2 — Engagement Terms
Work begins upon mutual agreement. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in writing where applicable.
3 — Payment Structure
Fees, billing structure, and payment terms are agreed upon per engagement.
4 — Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of deliverables upon payment. Outperforma.ai retains ownership of underlying methods, frameworks, and tools.
5 — Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.
6 — Communication
We aim for timely and clear communication. Response times and availability may vary based on engagement scope.
7 — Limitation of Liability
Outperforma.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential outcomes. Total liability is limited to fees paid for services.
8 — Termination Rights
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable notice. Fees apply for work completed to date.
